Payment schedules can be arranged as follows:
Annual: Full cost of tuition due by the first school day in August. (2% discount)
Semi-Annual: Two equal payments to be paid by the first school days in August and January. (1% discount)
Monthly: Ten equal monthly payments may be made from August through May, due by the first school day of the month.
"Though the financial pressure [of paying tuition] is sometimes great, the return on investment - well-educated kids who love God and neighbor -
is far greater."
-- Christian School Dad
The WV Hope Scholarship is scheduled to begin in August of 2022 and is available to West Virginia residents who are entering Kindergarten or who are transferring out of public school. Families will receive $4,289.60 to be used to pay tuition or other educational expenses. The purpose of the scholarship is to open up different options to families when it comes to their children's education.
CCA is an approved Education Service Provider for the Hope Scholarship, and we highly encourage all eligible students to apply! The application window has now closed for the upcoming school year, but it may still be possible for you to apply. More information about the Hope Scholarship can be found on their website, hopescholarshipwv.com, or via the Cardinal Institute.
UPDATE: On July 6, a Kanawha County judge granted an injunction against the Hope Scholarship that pauses the entire program. The Attorney General has filed a stay on the injunction and will appeal the ruling, but currently the Hope Scholarship disbursements are on hold until litigation is settled (hopefully by December). If you were approved to receive the scholarship, contact us to learn how CCA can help you.
CCA offers need-based grants, as funds are available, to make tuition affordable for more families. We use a third-party organization to help us accurately and fairly assess a family’s ability to pay and, after review, award grants accordingly. BeneFAQ has been supporting Christian families for over 20 years. They understand the importance of you providing your child with a Christian education, which is why we are glad to partner with them in this, their area of expertise. Their application process will request financial information from you that primarily consists of income, expenses, assets, and debts. BeneFAQ uses that information to calculate a “Family Anticipated Contribution Total” (FACT Report) and sends us that information. Once received, we will reach out to you to discuss the results.
